If you are unable to find your desired appointment, please contact the office and the receptionist will try to accommodate your need.  To change an appointment or reschedule, call us directly.

Please bring a list of all of your current medications and supplements by name, dosage and frequency to each visit.  Please bring your Insurance cards and Photo ID.  New patients should arrive at least 30 minutes before appointment to complete the registration process.    If your injury involves an arm or leg, please wear or bring appropriate clothing.  If this involves running, please bring your running shoes, as well.

All appointments are subject to Insurance verification.  Insurances listed below are for verification purposes and do not guarantee provider participation.  Please call our office if you have questions.

New patients please be aware Dr. Cutter does not prescribe narcotic medications for pain, anxiety, or attention disorders.
